Description

You will work as a team with the loan originator and a licensed assistant to determine a borrower’s goals, needs, and the best possible course of action for each client. You must be confident and positive person with a can do attitude who loves to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities. To thrive in our office, our new team member will be a solution oriented problem solver and a self starter.

Responsibilities

Job Summary/Essential Functions
Provide administrative assistance to lending personnel
Ensure that residential loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data
Assemble and verify accuracy of residential loan documentation
Check documents for proper signature
Answer telephones and written inquiries concerning loan processing and information
Prepare and distribute appropriate disclosures in compliance with regulations
Assist in other areas of operations as needed
Assist in arranging loan closings
Assist brokers and borrowers with loan structuring
Maintain and manage agent & client relationships

Requirements

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with other real estate professionals
Possess the drive & ambition to go beyond the basic duties
Efficient time management and organization skills are required
Basic Computer Skills and telephone etiquette necessary
