Aspect Properties is a real estate services company with a focus on property management.

The intern position will help with positioning the company correctly and in new places, as well as marketing additional businesses owned by the main company.

You would work directly from our office in Downtown Rochester.

Responsibilities

- Create signage, newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions, etc.
- Provide support to social media efforts to target new audiences.
- Assist with trade shows and special events to promote company and increase attendance.
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
- Collaborate on team presentations for management and clients.
- Help the team with other responsibilities to help our small business grow.

Requirements

- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.
- Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.

Skills

Required - Social Media Marketing, Marketing and Sales, Corporate Blogging
Preferred - Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
