Established management company seeking an intern with an interest in the Management and/or Real Estate industry to assist with office administrative duties. Intern can work remotely from home/school but recommend coming into the office three times per week, preferably on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (days are flexible). Training provided for online property management software.


Administrative duties include but not limited to, cold-calling potential clients, all tenant relation issues, schedule appointments, checking emails, outbound/inbound telephone calls, client followup and general computer knowledge; Word & Excel. Customer services skills, filing, copier/fax machine knowledge.


Must have access to transportation (Shaker Square Rapid / RTA near), attend monthly staff meetings. Associate's degree preferred but not required. Experience in the Real Estate field, knowledge of Property Management software also preferred.
