We are looking to hire an office intern to assist with various administrative tasks around the office. Recent increase in production and sales has spread staff resources thin and we are looking for a motivated young professional that is looking to learn how to operate a small corporate business. We can be very flexible with the internship schedule. We only require that the office intern work at least two days a week. We are open to offering a future position based on performance or offering recommendations to other opportunities the intern seeks after conclusion of the internship.
We are also willing to assist the intern in pursuing a real estate license to become an agent with our company based on the performance of the intern.
Responsibilities- Assist with filing and organization of hard copy and electronic documents.
- Assist with answering phones and taking messages.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping of company expenses.
- Assist with word document processing or creating spreadsheets.
- Be able to communicate with all team members effectively.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to groupthink discussions.
- Assist with clients who visit the office.
Requirements- Pursuing a higher learning degree or already have a degree.
- Must be ambitious and want to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Understand how to effectively implement goals and company objectives
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
