Description

Looking for a bilingual front desk / office manager for a busy condominium office at an upscale condominium in Miami Beach. Must be able to multitask. Good telephone skills, Computer savvy, meticulous and well organized individual. Real Estate or Property management experience a plus! Full time position.

PAY: $11 AN HOUR, No health benefits, 3 sick days, 7-day vacation after a year.

Responsibilities

You will be helping to manage staff, managing and approving applications to buy and rent, collecting and paying bills, responding to complaints, and answering the phone.

Requirements

No experience is necessary, but we will be looking for a candidate with a background in computers, as most of the job will deal with doing things quickly and efficiently on the computer.
