Part Time Assistant Property Manger along with Check-in / Inspection Person
Hospitality Coordinator & Property Manager

Position Details:

- interns welcomed with no experience and we will teach you and then possibly a job
- Schedule is flexible: Monday-Sunday
- More responsibility you take on the more hours you can work
- Perks include: Free Stay at one of locations when we have an opening.

Requirements
Must have a vehicle
Must be very clean and organized.


Hospitality:

- Interact and/or meet potential guests and guests to help answer any questions regarding their potential stay at our properties.
- Answer travelers questions during their stay
- Visit all properties and maintain a quality control checklist on the condition of each property

Property Management:

Manage housekeepers or may clean the property which is a turn over service.
Get the place in order for the next tenants.
Manage handyman services or you may provide these services


Requirements:

- Must be familiar with Vacation Rental Websites: Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway etc. . .
- Quality Customer Service skills & upmost professionalism when dealing with guests & clients is extremely important.
- Tech Savvy. Must be familiar with: Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Cal, Spreadsheets etc. . .)
- Well versed with the San Diego landscape. Dealing with travelers, you will need to have a strong knowledge of surrounding neighborhoods, and proximity to local attractions.
- Innovative, Creative & Execution. We would love to have someone on our team who will both come up with Innovative & Creative Hospitality ideas, as well as be able to implement and execute.
- Organization & Meticulous Attention to Detail is a MUST.
- Motivation. Must be able to self-motivate
- Reliable Means of Transportation & Driving. Must be okay with driving to properties and run errands
- Computer. Must have a reliable computer, Mac preferred
- Phone. Must be willing to take forwarded calls on your cell phone. Iphone preferred.
- Problem Solver & Master Prioritizer. Must be able to keep their cool, and come up with solutions quickly, while in situations that may get somewhat complicated.
- Personality & Professionalism. We are seeking someone who enjoys interacting with people, and has superior people skills.
- Flexible. The world of vacation rental management requires the maximum flexibility. The structure of your day may change from hour to hour, and you must be good with adapting to change.

Ideal, but not required:

- Previous property management experience or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of property management software
- Knowledge of Social Media: Instagram, Twitter, & Facebook
- Someone seeking to get their Real Estate License
