We are looking for bright, open minded and proactive interns to help us with our marketing, fundraising, business development and partnerships efforts. Here are some of the tasks. You don’t need to be an expert in the field but have to be eager to learn fast!

• Work with real estate developers and investors to secure, submit and approve real estate equity and debt opportunities
• Gain experience working in a fast paced startup environment
• Develop professional communication skills by working directly with local banks, developers, partners, etc
• Write blog posts and newsletters
• Brainstorm improvements to the website, sales pitches, and strategic direction directly with the Cofounders

Given our startup environment, our interns are given a great deal of responsibility and independence. You must be able to work with minimum supervision and produce tangible results. You will have freedom to be creative and manage your own work in the exciting and fast growing field. At least 20 hour/week, flexible schedule.

If you are interested, please send a cover letter and resume to yulia@interactiveshare.com
