Description

WORK REMOTE

Expanding affordable housing organization and real estate development firm with partnerships in property management, general contracting and asset management is looking to handle operations more efficiently and effectively. Project tasks will include some administrative work, research, and completing project abstract summaries, some financial analysis and applications for debt and equity/grant funding. Identify ways to manage multiple tasks in an easier more technological way through multiple devices. Track project tasks. Close transactions.

Responsibilities

Assist with project closings by tracking paaperwork
Assist with financial analysis
Assist with Market Research
Assist and Complete Applications for Zoning/Comprehensive Permit
Assist and Complete Applications for Funding

Requirements

Excellent research and writing skills
Excellent computer skills generally, especially experience with Excel.
Experience with GIS and mapping programs preferred
Ability to analyze and summarize data efficiently and compellingly
Excellent people skills
Independent worker and a team player

Skills

Required - Organization & prioritization skills, Research Analysis, Excel
Preferred - Project Management
