DescriptionPropled.co is a real estate technology company dedicated to making the apartment finding process simpler.
Under the direction of the manager, the Intern will assist in managing property listings on the Propled.co platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Research new luxury buildings
• Track available units in buildings
• Update rented and newly available apartments in Propeld
• Post listings in Propeld
• Post listings in Craigslist
• Keep track of buildings that show an opportunity to build a relationship with the Propeld brand.
• Keep Building photos organized
• Track leads generated from listings

Enrolled in 4-year accredited College and with some interest in the Real Estate/ Technology field. 1-year minimum data entry experience. Proficient computer skills. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Professional Skills Needed:
Software: Word, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge of personal computers, Internet applications, CRM software, printers, telephones, fax machine, photocopier.
Requires use of telephones and computers. Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
