DescriptionFriendly Howard County real estate office seeks part-time receptionist for evenings and weekends. Your hours would be Tuesday 4pm-7pm, Friday 12pm-7pm, and Saturday 10am-5pm.
Qualifications: Must learn new skills quickly. Must have excellent telephone and communication skills. Must enjoy working in a busy office, and providing a high level of customer service. Must be comfortable working with MS Office products (ex. Outlook, Word, and Excel). Some knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
ResponsibilitiesThe main duties of the job include: Answering the phone, greeting guests, processing contract paperwork, distributing mail, and managing conference room reservations.
RequirementsWe have a small staff, so we're looking for someone who doesn't require a lot of time off, and who would be willing to occasionally cover for vacationing co-workers. Flexibility and dependability are a must. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. The ideal applicant will be a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter. He or she will work well with minimum supervision, have a somewhat flexible schedule, and enjoy interacting with clients and fellow employees.
