It currently operates approximately 2.4 million square feet of prime warehouse and distribution facilities in New Jersey through its subsidiary, Kearny Point Industrial Park, at its strategically located 130-acre facility in South Kearny, NJ
As a Sales Representative for Hugo Neu Corporation, you will get hands on experience seeking out and initiating leads for the newest Hugo Neu development in Kearny, NJ. Interns will have the opportunity to work under a real industry professional and receive the guidance they need to learn the skills necessary to succeed in commercial real estate in both NYC and NJ.
We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated and creative young minds to help us take our development to the next level. Interns will be paid a commission for each lead that they bring to the office.
ResponsibilitiesAs an intern you will be responsible for:
- doing market research in order to identify prospective tenants / competitors in target regions
- follow up with prospective tenants either by phone or in person
- keep a detailed log of all tenant interaction in order to make improvements to individual performance and/or influence company strategy
- present progress and ideas to company executives and coworker
RequirementsMust be either a junior or senior undergraduate student, preferably studying business, real estate or economics, or an MBA student.
SkillsRequired - Exceptional People Skills, Self-motivated Individual
