Top-Producing commercial Real Estate team currently seeking part-time intern for day-to-day administrative and marketing duties. Opportunity to learn industry from the ground up, guided by industry leaders and support staff.
You will work closely with the agent and be an integral part of business development. Position maintains a multitude of responsibility including:
· Developing & Maintaining Office Systems
· Developing Timelines
· Creating & Maintaining Databases
· Managing Contacts
· Answering Phone Calls
· Developing and Collaborating on Marketing Strategy
· Distributing Marketing Pieces and Tracking Results
· Maintaining follow up calls, and email on behalf of agent
· Day-to-Day errands

Working in a commercial-specific team environment under the number one luxury real estate brokers in world. This is the perfect position for someone who aspires to be in real estate industry, sales, and/or marketing. A real estate license is not required, nor preferred. But the ideal candidate should have an active interest in Real Estate, contacts and be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. The position is unpaid, however any direct expenses will be reimbursed on a weekly basis. Schedule is open to negotiation with opportunity to grow into a permanent and paid position.
