This opportunity offers a passionate intern first hand experience with Real Estate sales and marketing, along with brokerage dealings and development pre-planning at our Upper Westside office location. Even further, the selected Intern will provide research and support to the real estate operations of a designated seasoned broker; in addition to Real Estate support, the intern will contribute to online and social media support and content to gain city-wide perspective and business enhancement.
ResponsibilitiesResales sales are both spontaneous and require careful planning. Thusly, daily duties vary and are dependent on current vital needs. In general, responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Building and property research
Generating comparable sales reports
Client communication and mailing preparation
Social media brainstorming and maintenance
Setting up interviews and appointments
Creating and modifying forms
Assistance creating and writing pitches
RequirementsCandidates must have a strong interest in a future career in Real Estate sales. In addition, experience with CRM, analytics, and advanced online marketing technology in general. 3.2 GPA or higher only. Other requirements include a strong work ethic, business acumen, a proactive approach , detail-oriented, and proficiency Microsoft Office suite along with Mac applications such as Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc. Real Estate or Development class room experience preferred. Creative thinkers welcome.
