ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager, organizing, updating and maintaining facilities and supplies; supporting the Receptionist; managing relationships with vendors and related invoices; and managing scheduling and calendar maintenance. Additionally, you will prepare client materials, as well as presentations; manage events and business development functions; and participate in additional special projects as needed.
