The Phoenix office of Launch Factory is hiring. We are looking to fill the position of Research Analyst Intern. The role encompasses in-depth research, analysis and writing of a comprehensive report on the the State of Cloud Computing Applications in Health Care.
The Research Analyst is primarily responsible for determining secondary data sources, interpreting data, and completing a comprehensive, original industry report. The Research Analyst will work closely with one of the firm’s partners to create the report.
The final document will summarize the history and current state of cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications within the health care industry, and will offer future projections on trends and the size and scope of this market.
The individual that is hired will have excellent writing skills and will have proof of previous research conducted in either a professional or academic setting.

Responsibilities— Researching existing data sources
— Identifying opportunities for primary research
— Analyzing existing data and making projections about market size and opportunity
— Creating charts and tables to describe the current market and future trends
— Completing the final report
Requirements— Minimum of 3 years experience in health care IT
— Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
— Knowledge and practical use of statistical methods
— Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills
— Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and referencing software such as Endnote
— Bachelors or advanced degree in business or health policy preferred
