ResponsibilitiesThe researcher intern will perform the following duties:
• Conducts informational research on market and companies by using such methods as the Internet and various channels
• Assemble documents, data and information and upload them to the system of record
• Maintains database by inputting updated information
• Provide additional diary comments to further explain the research and related documents
• Assists in the preparation of materials
The researcher will access multiple systems to obtain copies of documents, gather data and information relevant to their research and otherwise prepare a file for analysis and review by senior staff.

Other skill sets is a plus: Strong organizational skills, familiarity with major social media networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
RequirementsApplicants with coursework in film history / communications / journalism is a plus. We are seeking socially engaged candidate who know their way around the Internet with experience of information gathering via online research. Majority of work can be done remotely with weekly face time.
We will require that we meet once a week at our office (downtown Los Angeles) for team discussions. The remainder of the internship can be completed remotely. However you must be flexible for schedule changes. All interns must commit from 3 to 6 months minimum. As the company grows there will be an opportunity for future employment if there is a fit.
