As experts in cross-generational issues, we work with organizations to bridge the gap between managers and their millennial workforce to increase employee engagement, productivity, innovation and profits. As business leaders we are profoundly moved by the opportunity to create lasting change by nurturing and developing relationships that empower managers and millennials to really connect. We provide customized corporate training and consulting, interactive public workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer to peer networking groups and keynote presentations to teach practical “real world” skills that help individuals and companies achieve and sustain bold, meaningful success.
Responsibilities1.) Millennial Research
* Specifically we are looking for information about the Millennial generation. For example: who they are, what they are looking for, what is their issues and frustrations with their companies and bosses, how they are different from other generations, their expectation values and work styles and more. Additionally, we’re looking for information about companies and managers and the challenges they are having with their Millennial workforce.
* Review and analyze existing research; extract key information, data and statistics that are relevant to launchbox products and services.
* Stay on top of new articles and research that come out each day and review and extract data from those as well.
* Conduct your own research to identify companies that are doing a good job with the millennial workforce and what are the best practices they use.
2.) Social media research: Look for topics and subject for the editorial calendar. Generate ideas for our blog and social media.
3.) Research competitions: Who else is doing anything in training consulting coaching in the field of managing Millennials. Distilling information in to a usable form.
RequirementsMust have strong communication skills
Must be able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Must be familiar with basic business software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc)
Must have some level of college experience (college graduates are okay)
Must have an applicable education background (communications, research etc)
Must have drive and willingness to contribute
Must be organized, detail oriented and accurate
Must be punctual and reliable
