DescriptionHave you ever wanted to work at a tech startup? This is an exciting opportunity to spend your fall semester working closely with co-founders and contributing to an exciting startup. Our company will expose our interns to, and develop their skills in, technology, foreign policy and national security, and business.
You can learn more about us on our website at ducoexperts.com and read more about our launch at http://www.ducoexperts.com/PR_Launch080316.
We have a variety of opportunities and are accepting graduate and undergraduate applicants. We may offer interns extensions and/or full-time positions upon graduation.
Launched online in August 2016, Dūcō is a Washington, D.C.-based on demand marketplace of experts who are available to connect with clients around the clock. Dūcō makes it easier, faster, and more cost effective for businesses to connect with experts, gather information, and follow global trends to solve real-world business objectives. Dūcō’s platform allows businesses to quickly find and speak with geopolitical, regulatory, security, and technology innovation experts, who have insights needed to succeed in the global economy.
Our experts have advised the President, led international negotiations, run for political office, worked for the CIA, and many currently serve as distinct professors at top universities. Carefully recruited and vetted, experts have at least a decade of global policy, political, and strategic communications experience in some of the most competitive positions in their field. They are experienced briefers, savvy communicators, resourceful analysts, and deliver immediate insight to our clients. We have access to hundreds of experts and continue to recruit exceptional candidates to serve your global policy needs.
This is an unpaid position. Interns who work in the Washington, D.C. office receive free snacks and beer (if legal). Interns may also receive mentorship on next steps, introductions to other mentors, access to events in Washington, and letters of recommendation. We do not pay for housing or relocation to Washington. A small stipend may be available.
Email your resume, a cover letter, and three short and concise writing samples to email@example.com. Only top candidates who are selected for interviews will be contacted.
