We are currently hiring for Interns to join us in our corporate offices in Los Angeles, CA! All intern applicants must be eligible for school credit and must be in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

RETAIL OPERATIONS INTERN
Responsibilities Include:
• Process Expense Reports
• Coordinate Travel arrangements and Travel Advances
• Assist with Customer Service Duties
• Conduct Store Surveys
• Assemble Mail Packs and New Hire Welcome Packets
• Organize Information and Materials needed for Retail Meetings
• Filing Sales Audits
• Various Administrative Duties
Minimum Qualifications:
• Computer Proficient: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Self-Starter/Motivator
• Demonstrated work ethic and follow-through
• Flexible and Cooperative
• Willing to take on various tasks, no matter how small/large
• Minimum 2nd year Level Student
• Must be available to work Monday’s and/or Wednesday’s
• Passion for the company and the BCBG MAX AZRIA Brand

STORE SYSTEMS INTERN – RETAIL OPERATIONS
Responsibilities Include:
Main function is to act as Corporate IT liaison to the field for communicating information between the field and the IT department. Store Systems Intern gives direct and precise information to ensure consistency.
• Assist the Store Systems team in the development and documentation for the field of their software systems
• Assist coordination of training to district managers
• Organize and maintain existing documentation
• Aid in the organization of going “green” with all store systems documentation
• Work on special projects as needed
• Assist with rollouts and new initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
• Preferred concentrations: Computer Science, Network IT and/or Information technology management (Business Admin/Management w/ emphasis in Computer Technology ok)
• Must be familiar with MS Office – Excel and Adobe
• Preferred (but not required) familiarity with Visio, Publisher, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task; fast learner, able to think outside of the box
• Familiar with program research, analysis and documentation, and training others
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized and independent worker
• Must be interested in the apparel or retail industry (retail experience preferred)
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
