Please note position will be based in India. Company will support in travel and accommodation.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a person who likes brands,retail, marketing, business development and is excited about bringing established global brands to India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifing opportunities and bringing & launching global brands in the Indian market.
Job will involve:
- Identify key gaps in product segments by analyzing market data, competitors and customers
- Identify key brands to partner with by evaluate for fit in the market, offering and partnership potential
- Build & nurture relationships with global brands
- Establish business partnerships including negotiating deals and manage business logistics
- Launch new products & brands in India through these relationships
Organized, thorough, and detail oriented
Strong business quotient including assessing opportunities, negotiations, managing contracts
Self starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, unstructured, changing and challenging environment
Executive presence with the ability to develop a rapport with colleagues, clients and industry leaders
Highly motivated individual with demonstrable track record as top performer
Significant attention to detail and accuracy in order to ensure consistency and accuracy of reports
Ability to work across a cross functional team and successfully motivate & influence a strong peer group
Exposure and experience in marketing, category management, brand management, merchandizing and/or business development in lifestyle, fashion, retail
Expertise in analyzing markets, conducting surveys, developing marketing plans
Expertise in business development, joint ventures and/or partnerships especially across global companies
Excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills
Exceptional academic and professional track record with undergraduate major in business, marketing from a reputed institution. MBA preferred
