The position of Office intern is for a retail/office environment. As a key member of our team, you will work within all aspects of the business including customer support, process new inventory, and organizing office procedures. Prospect must be able to handle a multitude of tasks and be forward thinking. You must be organized, efficient and willing to do what it takes to make the business run smoothly. We are looking for someone who can dedicate at least 10-15 hours a week to the store/office. You will be face-to-face with clients and a professional attire is a must.


-Responsibilities include but not limited to; Process inventory (including inventory reports).
-Organize, data entry and filing of documents.
-Assist in areas of customer service as needed.
-Ordering of inventory.
-Make phone calls to customers and vendors as needed.
-Store planning and layout.


-Must be working towards a college degree or a recent graduate.
- Must have retail or customer service experience or exceptional desire to work in the field.
-Must be tech savvy and have computer skills that comprise of Excel; Word; PowerPoint;
-Must possess good writing skills.
-Must have excellent customer service skills.
-Able to work in teams to accomplish goals.
