All retail experience will be considered. Retail management, retail sales, and retail customer service experience is ideal. IAI is currently hiring entry level individuals with a retail background for the sales and marketing Account Manager Position. We do face to face marketing presentations to explain new promotions, packages, and services for Fortune 500's existing account holders. We specialize in dealing with consumers face to face on behalf of these companies to help them keep their existing customers happy and acquire new customers as well. We have found that candidates with retail experience excel due to their one on one contact with customers in the retail setting. Our marketing firm is the leader in the marketing industry and in tailoring sales and marketing to the personal needs of their account holders.
We only promote based on merit and only from within our company! We are dedicated to developing three new branch Marketing Managers for our new locations by the end of 2014. We will develop entry level team members in sales, marketing, training, developing, recruiting, and human resources.
