ResponsibilitiesPartner with Production Channels and internal departments to manage calendar adherence.
Manage and monitor production and processes for In House Embroidery to meet customer demands
Review and recommend cost improvement opportunities
Partner with Sourcing Manager to identify opportunities for new fabrics and suppliers
Manage preproduction approvals as necessary
Audit incoming shipments for Quality as needed
Maintain production schedules to deliver required inventory levels to maximize sales
Ensure timely supply of all materials required to meet production schedules
Research and propose ideas for new products
Maintain accurate bills of materials and routings
Maintain accurate product costs
