The World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) is a global nonprofit organization representing and coordinating a membership of over 100 national United Nations Associations (UNAs) and their thousands of constituents. Guided by our vision of a United Nations that is a powerful force in meeting common global challenges and opportunities, WFUNA works to strengthen and improve the United Nations. We achieve this through the engagement of people who share a global mindset and support international cooperation – global citizens.
WFUNA has a volunteer opening at our Kiosk, located at the United Nations Secretariat. Volunteering at the kiosk places you in the center of UN headquarters, where diplomats and visitors gather from all over the world.
The kiosk serves two main functions. The first is to disseminate information about WFUNA and our member UNAs to the multitude of visitors from all around world; the second is to sell our merchandise. The Kiosk is open 7 days a week and relies solely on the generously donated time of volunteers. To volunteer, please email Joe Haddad at email@example.com.

• Expected to be at our kiosk from 10 AM to 530 PM on your scheduled day
• Be engaging, informing visitors about the work of WFUNA and our member UNAs from all around the world
• Set up displays before the start of the sales day
• Count inventory
• Report daily to WFUNA staff
• Keep up with knowledge on merchandise
• At least 18 years of age
• Available to work at least one day a week from 10 AM to 530 PM
• Customer service and sales experience not required but a plus
• Well-organized and responsible
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
