JOB PURPOSE: As the Assistant for the Chief of Purchase and New Business this position will be fully responsible for all data entry in the company's system (SAP). Will be responsible to assist administratively the Purchase department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
• Enter purchase request
• Assist on Purchase Orders
• Data Entry in the company System (SAP)
• Daily maintenance of the company's system (SAP)
• Analysis of inventory
• Support the Chief of the Department
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Maintain data entry rate of 95% or above
• Three to five years relevant work experience in Data Entry, Sales, and/or Retail.
• Full Microsoft suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic to Intermediate math skills
Preferred Education and experience
• SAP Business One experience
• Excel experience
• Retail experience
• Math skills
English and Spanish is a must.
