DescriptionWorcester’s largest antique and artisan mall is looking for a rock star interns to join our team!
Looking to build your career in retail or marketing?
If you're amazingly detail-oriented, can multi-task with a vengeance and are obsessed with style, entertaining, and community, then we want to meet you. We're a local-minded company, native in both the vintage scene and the social web. We need two self-starting, self-motivated "Jack-or-Jill of All Trades" interns as similarly passionate about creative movement to pitch in, as needed, in a variety of areas and projects around the shop.
You’ll receive mentoring and training in the exciting world of fashion, vintage, antiques and home decor. — experiences you won’t find in the classroom. While in the program, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Learn from experienced, dedicated people who bring an inspiring new shopping experience to Worcester,
Gain hands-on retail experience by selling to and serving our customers,
Assist with photo and video shoots for editorial and marketing use,
Gain exposure to a variety of retail responsibilities,
Learn unique marketing and networking techniques,
Assist in all aspects of the planning process for our pop-up events,
Learn trends in fashion and home decor,
Create eye catching displays and get tips in visual merchandising.
While our internships are unpaid, we're sure you'll find the experience — and the perks — to be extremely valuable! Everyone at Crompton makes the coffee, so to speak, and everyone has the chance to have their voice, opinions, and ideas heard!
Internship/co-ops are available to undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in a hospitality, fashion, design arts, communications, or business program (if seeking college credits) and to recent graduates.
Please send your resume and cover letter, expressing why you believe you are the perfect fit for the Crompton Team to Amy Chase at CromptonCollective@gmail.com.
