LiquiTec is looking for a qualified intern to join our team. The intern will be working in a division of our company that helps corporations optimize the value of their assets throughout their life cycle by providing a broad range of investment recovery solutions that help companies maximize their return on investment from the sale of excess or non-strategic assets.

Unlike typical internships, you will be intimately involved in the acquisition process, from sourcing opportunities to executing monetization strategies. Our internship will allow you to participate in the entire asset management life cycle. You will learn specifically about sourcing potential opportunities and the techniques and strategies needed to acquire assets. You'll walk away from this internship understanding transaction lifecycles, structuring joint venture partnerships, managing an opportunity pipeline, and sourcing potential deals. Additionally you will be taught workflow management, how to architect and improve internal processes, along with asset and time allocation. You also will be exposed to all the major players along the finance spectrum including but not limited to private equity groups, large banks, middle market non-bank lenders, corporate c-suite management, and turnaround and management consulting groups.

•Acquisition Structuring: crafting engagement/purchase proposals, structuring joint venture partnerships, organizing exit strategy, pro forma projections and profitability hurdles.
•Process Management: assisting in the development and implementation of internal workflow and communication systems and protocol.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of the acquisition life cycle, asset disposition strategies, and project management.
