Diversified Sales Solutions, Inc. is a full service outsourced sales company. Our goal is to manage your sales department. We reduce your cost of sales while increasing your company’s revenue. As your sales department we provide the complete compliment of a sales department tasks including: recruiting, hiring, training, and managing the whole sales process. We also offer a compliment of added sales related services such as: ride along evaluations, motivational coaching, and sales training.

Responsibilities


• Learn to cultivate and contact potential accounts to establish the beginning process in business to business sales via phone and email marketing campaigns.
• Learn to utilize CRM (Customer Retention Management) systems to further relationship building skills.
• Work with experienced sales professionals to learn the face to face skills necessary to establish business relationships.
• Adapt classroom skills to real world practice.
• Assist with social media campaigns and blogging

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
