Description

We are a small business growing rapidly. We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to support us with sales and marketing, follow-up with our social media and track & maintain our client database.

Responsibilities

- Provide research on potential and existing clients
- Establish new sales accounts through cold calling
- Turn in weekly reports and follow up on calls and visits.
- Independent, reliable & energetic person that posses strong organizational skills. Bilingual a plus.
- Managing and following up on clients and prospects.
- Must maintain our social media business pages.
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects.

Requirements

- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to perform data entry and type at least 35 wpm
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
- Must be very knowledgeable with Social Media to maintain our business pages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
