Dine & Dish ( is a Digital Marketing agency specialized in Social Media strategy. Our main clients are restaurants and wineries in the Bay Area. Our goal is to empower our clients and their communities and open an engaging dialogue through leveraging the power of social media.

Dine & Dish is a branch of The Social Plugin (, a social media accelerator for startups and small medium size businesses in the Bay Area.

What we do

What we do is very straightforward: we audit, select and set up the social media platforms that answer best to our clients’ needs and long term goals. We then curate the content for each platform, engage our clients’ followers through contests, etc. and manage their e-reputation. Our goal is to turn our clients’ followers into advocates through the power of the social “word of mouth”. Social media is more than posting on Facebook and Twitter especially when it comes to businesses. There is a clear cut strategy. How do you create content that adds value to your clients’ audience? How to you build a capital trust with followers? What makes people want to share or retweet content? Which platforms are best suited? How to spot influencers/ bloggers and reach out to them?


Internship requirements
- Compile excel database with restaurants and wineries in Bay Area
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce our services
- Work closely with Business Development director on the internal sales strategy
- Grow territory sales in accordance with projections set by management
- Build relationships with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction


- Minimum of 1-2 years in telesales experience
- Previous inside sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling
- Understands the power of social media for businesses

- Self starter, solid written and verbal communications
- Decision making ability
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Focus and self control (ability to work in non structured environments)
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong motivation and drive to increase sales and go getter attitude

- BA, BS, MS, MA or equivalent
