DescriptionIn the weeks and months prior to our academy, Student Managers work with students to identify and qualify a targeted list of 75 leads. These initial leads allow the students to hit the ground running, and at the same time, provide a good referral network. Students and Managers review their prospect lists, refine their skills on gaining referrals, confirm their territory and schedule, and set out to have an amazing summer.
Following the academy, students return to their hometown ready to take on the world! They are fully trained, and know how to manage their schedule, approach prospective customers, demonstrate professional communication skills, deliver an impressive presentation highlighting our products features and benefits, they ask for the business and gain referrals. Customers appreciate the knowledge and tools our reps share with them on professional image and wardrobe management. Our unique business model truly gives students an edge from start to finish.
Students are empowered to work independently during the day while having a team to provide ideas and support. Every day, students can count on having a team meeting. They begin their morning with a team discussion on the day’s activities and strategies. Each person will share their schedule and personal goals with their team. Following the morning meeting, students will work strategically throughout their territory.
Dardis provides sales and marketing material, product catalogs and order forms to make each presentation highly professional. Students are given the necessary skills and tools in order to best represent themselves and Dardis.
Our Classroom to Career program is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain professional communication skills as well as invaluable sales and marketing experience. We’re in the business of building future leaders and helping students bridge the gap from the academia world to the business world.

•Qualified students are selected to participate in the program.
•Students meet with their Student Manager to prepare for the Dardis Sales Academy.
•The Dardis Sales Academy provides valuable training including: presentation techniques, sales skills and professional image. Students participating in the academy receive extensive product knowledge and start their sales careers with tools for time and territory management.
•As business owners, students will market and sell Dardis apparel for 9-10 weeks.
•Students live and work in their hometown, a nearby city, or a mutually agreed upon city.
•Students return to the Dardis headquarters for checkout.
•Students will participate in a career-planning event where they will be able to network with leaders from world-class companies.
•Every student has an opportunity to earn the annual Celebration Trip in recognition for excellence in sales.
•Students and sales are highlighted at our awards banquet, and top sellers will receive an invitation to The President’s Club.
Returning students have an opportunity to become a Student Manager.
