Job Objective:
Responsible for all sales activities and lead generation to close in a given sales area
Develops and implements Marketing Plan which will meet business goals in the marketing area
Works to achieve long-term company goals


• Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager while detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota
• Identify and prospect for new sales opportunities
• Develop relationships with targeted accounts to maximize potential
• Maintain relationships with clients, contacts and lead sources
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory and reports monthly to sales manager


Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrate an ability to overcome objections
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic and enterprising
