Description

We are building a sales team for a new company. We're looking for motivated, creative, innovative, outgoing, self-starters who are interested in helping businesses and organizations be successful. This position will require you to be in the field in a very fast paced, business-to-business sales environment acquiring new clients while continuing the relationship building of those clients.

We are looking for individuals who are able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours/week in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent college graduate who needs experience working in sales and have the ability to make some fantastic money along the way. You will gain experience developing meaningful business relationships, maintaining those relationships while meeting your target numbers for the month. This can truly be a great start to a very long-lasting career in business sales, marketing and business development.

This opportunity will allow you to make commission (only) as you're gaining the skills that you need to be successful. What better way to learn, earn money and do it on your own schedule.

We will offer school credit (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:
- Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape
- Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects
- Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects
- Cold calling (some leads and suggestions will be shared)
- Develop and pitch campaign ideas
- Closing sales deals
- Data entry into CRM
- Connecting with new business via social media, events, and in person meetings

Requirements

Own, reliable transportation
B2B sales experience (preferred, not required)
Bi-lingual (is a plus, but not necessary)
Able to prioritize, multitask and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to qualify and aggressively close accounts and drive new business
Telephone (mobile or land) with unlimited minutes
Internet access with a computer/tablet
Must be skilled in MOS (Word, OneNote, Excel, PPT)
Be tech savvy and able to learn apps and software quickly
Thrives on challenges with positive, professional, 'results driven' attitude and go-getter mentality
Exhibits a team player mentality with an interest in helping others succeed
Strong and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships
Have some college credits, working towards a degree (Associates, Bachelor, etc.)
