Purpose & Benefits of The Program
The purpose of the program is to contribute to the development of individuals interested in learning and gaining hands on experience in event management, marketing, PR and hospitality services.
Working as a team to achieve La Belle Inc. Goals, while contributing to LBV’s clients’ success and your growth.
All interns are encouraged to apply for a position with LBV, pending an available position and evaluation.

Description of the LBV Internship Program
The program is a non- paid minimum 20 hours a week/ internship/probationary employment opportunity that allow participants to get hands-on experience in the everyday management of concierge, events and marketing services. Virtual and in office positions are available. Weekly progress is assessed according to individual objectives. An intern assessment is conducted at the end of the internship. The ideal candidate will have stellar interpersonal skills, and will remain professional and engaging at all times. Level-headedness is of the utmost importance, as the opportunity to interact with high profile individuals exists.
All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in college OR at least 2 years’ experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications - MS Word, Excel – strong PowerPoint
Superior project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members
