DescriptionJob / Position Title: Business Development Manager
Function / Department: Sales
Location: North Dallas
Position reports to: Project manager / CEO
Primary purpose of the position:
To research and generate leads on potential customers, identify decision makers and provide a short or detailed description of the service (based on clients preference) that the company offers, demoing the product and schedule appointments for CEO for the next level sales discussions. Increasing both individual and team performance and progression.
Essential duties / responsibilities of the position:
§ Should be available for all briefings and updates and then login to respective project tools.
§ Check for updates with the Project manager or CEO and also shares the same with team members.
§ Help and assist the team members in achieving the given objectives and team targets.
§ Share the day's performance with the PM or CEO and colleagues.
§ Should always strive to achieve or supersede the target parameters.
§ Avoid unscheduled leaves and adhere to company and office discipline while at work.
§ To be present for Open Forums with the PM or CEO and bring to light problems faced by the team.
§ Engage in Social media interaction (community management) for the company
§ Honor the company culture and relays it to other team members
§ Provide short and accurate sales pitch to customers, goes out of the way to make the customer understand the product. Patience if several repetitions are needed
§ Maintains effective work behavior in the face of pressure and setbacks. Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions.

Ø Telephone etiquettes - Basic Do and Don'ts on the phone, Listening skills.
Ø Good customer relation skills - No negations on call, utmost respect for the customers time and opinion
Ø Good written and spoken English - Grammatically correct English.
Ø Good communication skills - Comprehend consumers properly and communicate with the callers on phone.
Ø Probing Skills - Close ended and Open ended Questions.
Ø Self-Driven - Is self-motivated and committed to work hard towards goals. Is proactive in seizing business opportunities
Ø Understands technical and professional aspects of work and updates knowledge continuously
Ø Makes systematic and rational judgments based on information and relevant assumptions.
Ø Above average Sales and Communication skills
Ø Familiar with Intranet, Hubspot tools.
EDUCATION: Undergraduate or a Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline.
Undergraduate: Minimum 6 months’ work experience in a full time job
Graduate: No Experience is required
