The Inside Sales Account Manager job role will be an exciting opportunity for an individual who is a blend of an ambitious sales person and a tech savvy engineer. This role is for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding goals through strong collaboration. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-pace, works well in a diverse team, and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
The ISAM is progressively responsible for generating new business opportunities by managing a territory using the telephone and Web 2.0 technologies mainly. The ISAM will build direct relationships with organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with the Sales Managers to maximize revenue opportunities within the territory.
Productive Companies will be investing in the ISAM to be professionally coached and trained for their role. The ISAM will learn the different manufacturing processes, product designs, engineering requirements, marketing strategies, and complex selling. The ISAM will be experiencing first hand tangible technical and business skills in the manufacturing sector.
-Assist in qualification process of new leads. Daily calls and emails to new unqualified leads and daily follow-ups on previously contacted leads
-Work with sales team on sales proposals, AutoCAD drawings and documents needed for proposals, contracts, and financial analysis
-Processing data and add new leads according to defined procedures
-Be comfortable making and receiving telephone calls throughout the day while performing other activities
-Log all communications with customers and custom contacts in CRM system
-Provide administrative and research assistance within Sales Team
-Assist in mass mailing, conferences, and marketing efforts as required
-Set appointments for site evaluation by outside sales representatives
-Coordinate activities with Marketing, inside sales and Sales Manager on a regular basis
-Adaptable to change
-Excellent verbal/written skills necessary
-Ability to use telephone & other tools to interface with customers to present Productive Companies value proposition to a variety of audiences.
-Communicates with the Field sales
-Independently develop decisions within a defined process, practices, and Productive Companies’ policies
-Works independently and proactively to avoid and resolve issues.
-Computer literate with Web 2.0, Microsoft Office, and CRM
