Signazon.com is experiencing tremendous growth and is currently seeking high energy individuals for our Inside Sales department. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist customers with selecting the appropriate products to meet their various needs. This is a full time opportunity, offering a competitive base salary, commission incentive, full benefits package, great work schedule, as well as an upbeat, trendy work environment.

Responsibilities

*Meet monthly minimum sales expectations, activity levels, and continually push the envelope on monthly sales goals.
*Present and sell company products following a tested sales process.
*Accurately and completely capture all information in our proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
*Prepare daily action plans and scheduling to ensure minimum levels of activity are achieved on a consistent basis.
*Prioritize customer requests based on previous orders as well as future opportunities.

Requirements

*Ability to connect over the phone with existing and prospective customers.
*Enthusiasm to sell and help your clients grow their business, not just buy a product.
*Strong telephone and persuasive skills.
Highly motivated and competitive.
*Ability to multi-task and work independently.
*Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Previous sales experience preferred.
*Call center experience a plus.
*Graphic design background is a plus but not required.
