The PSI Office Network- Our national and local sales team will provide you with support in your training and development. With PSI’s leadership having nearly 100 years of combined sales success, we understand the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

During sales training, interns will work developing business and client building skills. In most ways, our interns follow the same process for establishing their careers as our B2B Sales Associates.

During you internship, you will learn how to:

Meet With Clients—You’ll set up appointments to discuss a clients’ current issues they are facing.

Analyze the Client’s Situation—After doing a need’s analysis, you’ll learn how to uncover your client’s personal or business issues.

Make Recommendations—After evaluating a client’s current situation and goals, you’ll learn to present the services that present appropriate solutions to their issues.

Provide Ongoing Service—You, along with your field trainers, will continue to work with our clients beyond the close of the sale. You’ll learn to reconnect with clients to determine whether their needs have changed, and keep them aware of the resources available to them. This is always a great time to ask for more referrals.
