We are looking for independent, intelligent, and driven interns for the upcoming fall 2012 semester. Interns will be involved in virtually all aspects of the company, and will constitute integral parts of the creative and execution process. You don’t need to be an expert in the technology field—or even well-versed in it—but you must be committed, willing to learn in a fast-paced environment, and a team player.
Responsibilities-Acquire fluency in product lines featured on Quantum site
-Interact with customers via live chat, e-mail, phone
-Advise customers in purchases to ensure optimal satisfaction
-Manage orders via Quantum's internal management system
Requirements-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to remain calm under pressure
-Past technical experience a plus but not necessary
-Must be eligible for college credit
