Description is an internet startup that streams music into restaurants, bars, and retailers. Our music player is compatible with all computers and browsers and is similar to consumer music players like Spotify and Pandora. Overhead offers business oriented playlists, algorithmically selected songs, and consumer facing webpages to help brand each business customer. We license music for retail locations, so businesses no longer have to worry about the legality of their music.

Overhead is a member of StartEngine, a selective Los Angeles business accelerator. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are looking to jump into a fast-paced startup environment. We expect our sales interns to learn on the job. You'll be responsible for direct sales of our application. You'll have the opportunity to design marketing materials and devise marketing and sales strategies. We offer cash commissions for sales, so your success selling drives your monetary compensation.

Interns are responsible for sales and promotion for Sales interns set their own hours and are expected to create their own marketing strategy. Interns will be required to have weekly checkins at our office in Westwood, and will be frequently reporting activity online.


Must be self-motivated. Interns must be willing to make in-person sales calls, understand a complicated market, and adapt quickly to market feedback.

Candidates currently enrolled in a four-year institution are preferred.

Candidates with previous sales or marketing experience are preferred.
