From placing the right ad, screening for the right sales candidates, recognizing where the sales talent lies within a company's current sales force, hiring the right sales talent, and training the sales talent so that they are the most effective possible.
The person we are looking for would be primarily responsible for cold-calling via phone and setting appointments. Other support activities would be needed as well such as making copies, helping to prepare presentations, writing proposals, coordinating with companies we work with in regard to the training we provide and the tools we use, etc.
