The sales intern will:
-Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
-Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
-Help with presentations
-Enter contact information into contact management system
-Support SOW administrative processes


Intern may assist with the following projects:

Assist with Reorganization of data views in SharePoint for EDI & Bundled contracts
Research and add any new summary info as instructed
Validate rate renegotiation windows for all contracts
Create monthly report formats for EDI & Bundled contract stats
Evaluate CRM capabilities for auto reminders on contract expiration and renegotiation windows

Put together monthly volumes for all pipes for 2013
Create monthly tracking workbook for 2014
Determine where/if we have holes in data b/c of system transition
Create monthly/quarterly volume report formats

Assist with year-end reporting
Assist with setup of 2014 Customer Account budget and tracking workbook
Assist with setup of 2014 revenue budget and tracking workbook

SOWs Management/Billable Work:
Assist in reorganizing Billable work for EDI & CIS since different data elements are needed for summary view

SLA & Operational Reporting:
Assist with analysis, design and implementation of self service, ad-hoc reporting

Assist in researching leads and competitors


MS Office proficiency required. Individual must be highly organized, detail oriented and an analytical thinker who is adept at evaluating numbers.
