Our award-winning market leading cloud-based feedback management platform is an essential e-Commerce component and is central to our clients' social media, social commerce and e-Commerce strategies. The integration of unique user generated content into your work-stream allows you to significantly increase conversion rates, optimize AdWords-spending and lift up results in organic search. We collect and manage 100% transaction-based, authentic, and transparent reviews from Customers for Customers.

eKomi launched its US operations in January 2013 in LA and this internship is for the LA territory.

-university credit, must be a Junior or Senior level student at an accredited university in order to be eligible for our un-paid/for-credit internship

-Work directly with the CEO and Head of Corporate Communications to fully support them with any tasks requested (i.e. market research, SalesForce admin tasks, travel schedules, errands, etc.)
-Gain an understanding of the sales process
-Generate leads and source new leads
-Analyze data to increase efficiency of lead sourcing
-Complete market analysis and competitor research
-Identify Business opportunities
-Develop activity/productivity reporting
-Fulfill personal productivity targets



-You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or any other relevant field. (This internship is for school/university credit.)
-Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and constantly learn, adapt, and develop
-You have the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
-You have excellent communication skills both written and orally, and the ability to interact with all levels of international partners
-You are a quick-learner, organized, and detail-oriented
-You are Internet and computer savvy
-Must be able and willing to wear multiple hats
-Must be honest, hard working, loyal, trustworthy, and able to multi-task
-Must be able to commit to at least 15 hours of work per week
-You are fluent in English; any other language is a plus
