Junior or Senior, able to commit a minimum 15 hours to interning. Full time preferred, but part-time can be negotiated if the student is committed.
Should live in the NYC area
Extensive training in all areas of sales and marketing
Advancement into a permanent - full time position is available
Exceptional communication skills
Outbound business-to-business telephone marketing or sales experience
Written and communications skills
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
Ability to learn and think quickly
Ability to work well with others, yet work independently
Ability to consistently fulfill the hours scheduled within the work week
Researching and developing client leads via LinkedIn and assisting in setting up business appointments.
Develop innovative and relevant sales and marketing collateral for client meetings, including PowerPoint, case studies and one-sheet creations.
Assist the Sales team on day-to-day business needs.
Job responsibility includes calling to identify contacts, qualify potential prospects and opportunities, and set appointments as required.
Participate in client conference calls and must have excellent communication skills to deal with clients.
Prior knowledge of luxury brands a plus.
Compensation includes travel and meals.
