DescriptionWe are a financing company. We provide funding to small to medium sized business. The environment of the office is mostly young, fun, and relaxed. The hours are 9AM to 5PM. The dress is mostly casual. We are located near many restaurants and shops. We are easily accessible by train and bus. We would like to offer young adults the opportunity to learn about the financing industry as well as gain experience working in an office environment. The intern will need to be able to learn quick, and follow directions. The inter will be assisting in ongoing projects and run new projects on his/her own. The intern will need to answer phones, communicate via email, keep accurate accounts of data being handled, and most important be friendly. This is a business with a lot of opportunities and different branches for the intern to grow into. After initial training the intern can request to be put in the marketing, sales, data entry, administrative, assistant to CEO, or as a project manager position. Most important we want someone that will come in with a smile and enjoy being a part of our team.
Responsibilities- Use our dialing system to secure new clients
- Maintain the clients that you secure
- Follow through with the paperwork needed for new clients
Requirements- Understand and use Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
- Great phone skills
