DescriptionCome join the Gbrindr Inc team in this exciting opportunity as an Sales Support Administrative Assistant! This is an entry-level position that will allow you to learn the ins and outs of every key department within the business's world. We have a world class training program so we will teach you everything you need to know about the industry. For success in this position you must have strong Excel, 10-key and data entry along with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Candidates will have the opportunity to shadow multiple departments by providing clerical support during high volume seasons.
ResponsibilitiesDaily tasks include but are not limited to:
Data entry on online sales
Filing of invoices and receipts
Faxing of essential sales documents
Data analysis and verification on orders
Contacting outside agencies to verify confidential information
Other duties as required by sales support administrator
RequirementsHigh school diploma required
Strong experience in data entry (10-key)
Experience with using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Attention to detail
Interpersonal communication skills
