Tekton Inc. is an energy saving and management company offering energy reduction, energy management
and auto demand response capabilities. We perform an in-depth on-site energy analysis of the building or
campus by qualified auditors, design an energy efficient solution that can reduce the energy consumption and
provide full installation of the required products. We are looking for energetic persons that have a passion to help people and companies to reduce their energy consumption, reduce their carbon footprint, achieve California's Energy Goals. This position is a commission only position based on closed sales deals.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Energy Sales person you will perform presentations for the purpose of Sales which may include auditing services, implementation of our Energy Management System and Controls, for energy upgrades and retrofits. Conduct outbound telephone and email campaigns to introduce company's products, discover customers' energy management needs and arrange/follow-up on sales appointments. Also may be required to remote monitor systems once commissioned. Learn to work with PG&E's rebate and incentive programs.

Requirements

Must have or in a process of acquiring a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Familiar with the commercial energy sector. A basic understanding of energy efficiency measures ,excellent verbal and written communication skills. An organized, detail -oriented approach and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. Excellent negotiating skills with the ability to drive closure. Ability to travel to customer sites within either San Francisco or Sacramento regions.
