Description

The Hillcrest Event Center is seeking highly motivated and dedicated sales candidates to work within the high-energy environment of an Ticket Sales Office. The primary responsibility is to sell event ticket packages to local businesses, groups, organizations and individuals by means of telemarketing from provided lead sources. This position may also be asked to perform other sales activities associated with the season ticket process

Responsibilities

Actively prospect new ticket sales opportunities
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly ticket sales goals
Sell other special projects as requested
Assist the organization in other various special events, promotions, and social/civic activities on an as needed basis
Provide excellent customer service and be a positive representative of the Hillcrest Event Center Organization
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Services or other senior management personnel

Requirements

- Possess skills at initiating innovative ideas, unifying team members, and judging correctly what will appeal to target audiences.
- Prefer challenges that involve communication, are people-oriented, promote networking and socializing, and include roles that call for imagination.
