Description

Candidate Profile:

Someone who enjoys the challenge of developing new business while building lasting relationships
Has a proactive can-do attitude in life and business
Self-motivated, high achievers who are not satisfied until the goal is accomplished
Someone who understands people and enjoys putting them in positions to succeed


Responsibilities

Develop new business through solution-based selling
Regularly prospect for new business and candidates via phone, e-mail, social media, and networking
Develop business relationships with VP and Director level stakeholders
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates
Foster long-term relationships with candidates while guiding them through the hiring process
Meet and conduct professional interviews with potential candidates
Follow up with both clients and candidates in a systematic way
Creatively develop client and candidate marketing campaigns

Requirements

Must be an outgoing person that loves helping people discover their passion
Has a demonstrated track record of success
Shown an ability to overcome obstacles through persevering in tough situations
Must have an inquisitive mind with the desire to learn and grow as a professional
Previous B2B sales experience is preferred
Has strong character coupled with a desire to succeed
