DescriptionOur Seattle office is growing! We're looking for people who are interested in selling a service they believe in, while enjoying an environment that's competitive, supportive, and fun. This is an entry-level role with extensive training.
CampusPoint account managers represent our ideals and sell our services to local employers in the Puget Sound Area. Your goal is to establish relationships with employers and make it apparent that CampusPoint is the best resource for entry-level hiring and access to students and recent graduates who are ideal for entry-level positions.
Founded in 2002, CampusPoint is the largest private recruiter and employer of recent college graduates in the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to combine passion with technology to create services that convince more employers to hire more students and recent college graduates, for more types of local jobs, more often.
Pay Range: $40k base +bonuses ($45-60k first year potential)

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
ResponsibilitiesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Initially responsible for building a customer base by prospecting and following up on leads gained by personal research and marketing, and maintaining/upselling the customer base
•Meet or exceed assigned training objectives and monthly revenue quotas by hunting for and driving new opportunities
•Gather information on the prospect’s/customer's business processes, critical success factors, and gain competitive standing through a relationship sales approach to deliver value-added staffing solutions
•Collaborate with internal resources (e.g. recruiting, accounting and related support staff) to share information, coordinate sales and ensure end-to-end client satisfaction
•Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze and manage activity and provide accurate and detailed forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities.
•Clear ability to approach previously unknown individuals, companies, and groups and succeed in building a positive sales rapport/relationship with them
•Natural outgoing/positive personality and high self-esteem
•Hard-working attitude and true entrepreneurial spirit
•Ability to research and target companies for infiltration
•Drive to reach goals and a high level of ambition
•Past sales experience could be useful but is not required.
